MTC APPOINTS HIWILEPO AS THE NEW BOARD CHAIRPERSON

MTC Board of Directors have announced the appointment of Mr. Trophimus Hiwilepo, an independent non-executive director of the Company since July 2024, as the new Chairperson of the Board of Directors, with effect from 13 February 2026.
